365 Days for 2010 (completed)

The plan is to post a photo for every day in 2010.  Probably there will be many photos of my young daughter as she grows up at an astonishing rate but it will be interesting to see what emerges.
I was initially going to only post one photo per day but I am finding that increasingly difficult so I am changing the rules, now I will post no more than two photos of different subjects every day.

My camera is nothing flashy, its a Canon Powershot A570 IS  (7.1mp),

I would love a Digital SLR but until they can make one I can fit in my handbag and cheap enough that I can take it anywhere without worrying too much I will stick to a smaller and cheaper camera.  Maybe I might treat myself to one if I can complete all 365 days, that’s an incentive.

May 24th 2010:  My canon powershot died on me in early April and as the modern equilivent was totally devoid of all manual modes that I had been enjoying using so much on my dead camera, I am now using a lovely Nikon D3000 which I am still figuring out how to use properly but am loving.

January 5th 2011: The 365 project is done, and I have certainly improved my photography skills and developed a bit more of an attention to detail in searching for photography subjects.  I am not doing it again in 2011, it was starting to become a bit of a slog at the end but I am going to try and keep up with taking shots, especially of Eva as she changes so fast.
